GRAD NIGHT 2024 
WHO: Capital High School Seniors only
WHAT: Night of fun, games, and celebrations with Class of 2024 Seniors!
WHEN: June 14th – Overnight celebration for CHS seniors directly after graduation at Saint Martin’s.
WHERE: Students ride buses to two event locations in the Seattle area. Buses Leave 10pm from Saint Martin’s and return early the next morning to Capital HS. CHSPO contracts with Olympia School District for transportation.

Capital High School Parent Organization sponsors a graduation night celebration every year. The event is paid for through fundraising activities, business sponsorships, and ticket sales. CHSPO strives to keep ticket prices low, and provides scholarships so that every senior can attend.
2024 Events
Overnight on June 14th, CHS graduates will visit a go-kart business where they can ride the go-karts, play pool and video games, enjoy the disc jockey with a light show, sing karaoke, get an artist’s caricature picture, get henna art, watch a magic show and enjoy pizza and snacks.
Mid-way through the night, buses will take them to a second event location where they can enjoy bowling, roller skating, more pool and video games, air hockey, and try their hand at Black Jack (for candy). More snacks and drinks are also available at this stop.
Graduates will return to Capital High School early the morning of June 15th after this epic night of fun and celebration with classmates of 2024.

Waivers
All students must complete the Senior Release Form, and any student who has a life-threatening allergy or condition must have an Emergency Care Plan on file to attend Grad Night. Please return these waivers as soon as possible to chspo.chair@gmail.com. All forms must be completed and returned to CHSPO by May 30, 2024.
We strongly recommend having a parent/guardian sign all waivers so they are aware of the risks of the party and assume responsibility for paying for any damages their senior may cause at the party, but if the senior is already 18, the parent/guardian signature is not legally required.
Senior Release Waiver: This is the general party agreement that each senior and their parent/guardian must sign to attend the party. This is essentially a permission form that students would fill out for school trips.
Emergency Care Plan: Not all seniors will need this form. This waiver is to be filled out by seniors with any life-threatening allergy or condition to ensure we have the proper care information in an emergency.
Disclaimer
- Grad Night 2024 is an optional, fee-based event for Capital High School Seniors. CHS and OSD are not responsible for Grad Night-related activities.
- Parents/guardians will be required to sign a release of liability waiver before their student’s participation in Grad Night. Some venues may require an additional release. Failure to sign and return any release will result in your student’s inability to attend Grad Night.
- Seniors should carry a small bag only. All bags are subject to search. Drugs, alcohol, weapons, and vape products will be confiscated.
- Any senior engaging in prohibited or undesirable behavior may be removed from the event at the sole discretion of the Graduation Party Producers, whereupon the parent/guardian will be contacted and must pick up their senior from the graduation event location. No refunds will be granted.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
