Become an official CHSPO member in 5 Easy Steps

1. Add the Annual Membership to your cart
   (Don’t forget to add any additional donations or join a committee to help support the program)
2. Click the Cart icon in the top right of the window
3. Click the “Check Out” button at the bottom of the sidebar
4. Complete your information
   (Keep the box checked and subscribe to the newsletter for meeting updates)
5. Click the “Submit Order” button
