What is Grad Night?
Grad Night is a Capital High School senior graduation celebration that is organized by the Capital High School Parent Organization. It is an all-night event that starts right after graduation, and goes until 6:30am the following morning. The goal of the event is to make graduation night an unforgettable experience for all seniors, and to celebrate their academic achievement with unique, fun, and safe entertainment.

When and where?
Right after graduation (June 10th), newly graduated seniors will board privately chartered buses at Saint Martin’s University, which will take them to two surprise venues outside of the Olympia metro area. To ensure the safety of all event participants, the name and location of the venues are kept secret until arrival. Upon conclusion of the festivities, participants will be returned to Capital High School, arriving at 6:30am on the following morning (June 11th).

Who will supervise the event?
Besides the contracted event staff and venue operators, there will also be 12 chaperones attending the event, which may consist of parents, or other adult members of the community that have passed a background check.

Disclaimer
- Grad Night 2025 is an optional, fee-based event for Capital High School Seniors.
- CHSPO, CHS, OSD are not responsible for Grad Night-related activities.
- Parents/guardians will be required to sign a release of liability waiver before their student’s participation in Grad Night. Some venues may require an additional release. Failure to sign and return any release will result in your student’s inability to attend Grad Night.
- Seniors should carry a small bag only. All bags are subject to search. Drugs, alcohol, weapons, and vape products will be confiscated.
- Any senior engaging in prohibited or undesirable behavior may be removed from the event at the sole discretion of the Graduation Party Producers, whereupon the parent/guardian will be contacted and must pick up their senior from the graduation event location. No refunds will be granted.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
